We don’t offer refunds or returns on all our earrings and piercing jewellery, due to hygiene reasons. If the bag with the jewellery is unopened, the seal has not been damaged, we will accept refunds for up to fourteen (14) business days. If you discover a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will happily replace free of charge.

SIZING

On each product page we specify the size of each style and you should be able to gauge the size of the piece from our model shots.

As we do not accept returns please make sure you contact us about sizing before you make an order. We are happy to advise you prior to the ordering.
